PHOTOGRAPHY INTERN

BBCh is offering paid internship in sports and event photography (3 positions)
Days of work- 1 race day.
Once selected,

• The photographers will be mentored on a monthly basis in the basics of photography techniques.
• They will be taught aesthetic aspects like composition and the why and how of making images.
• They will be mentored on how to document the various facets of a high energy sporting event.
• They will receive feedback and tips on how to improve their photography and make their images more appealing.
• They will be trained on digital post processing methods and workflow.
• They will receive a certificate and letter of appreciation and recommendation at the end of internship.
• They will also receive a cash stipend after the successful completion of the internship.

Expectations from the selected candidate.
• The intern will need to be present at all races for the year. (10 races in a calendar year – monthly races)
• Will need to cover the event as per guidelines.
• Should have their own two wheeler and valid license.
• Should be above 18 years and living in Bengaluru.
• Should have own DSLR with 2 lenses, one lens with a focal length of over 250mm.
• Should own a computer and high speed internet.
• Will deliver an agreed set of images on time.
• Should be punctual in general.

TIME KEEPING INTERN

BBCh is offering paid internships in time keeping (two positions)
Days of work- 1 race day and 1 workshop day per month

Once selected,

• The interns will be trained on the digital tool and software that is used to professionally time races.
• The interns will support the timing marshals during the race to make note of or create additional timing
references on paper or additional digital devices.
• This is a high focus role and demands the candidates to be very attentive and not get distracted easily.
• Candidates must be well versed in handling both android and apple mobile devices like phones and ipad.
• Should know to read and write English
• Should be 18 and above
• Should have own vehicle with valid documents and license
• Will receive a certificate and letter of appreciation and recommendation at the end of internship.
• Will receive a cash stipend at the end of successful completion of the internship.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT INTERN

BBCh is offering paid internship in Operations management (1 position)
Days of work-1 race day and few hours for 2-3 days per month
Once selected,
• This candidate will be responsible for purchasing race day resources
• Will be trained in procurement and logistics management
• Will be in charge of small amounts of paperwork
• Will be in charge of sorting and accounting of resources
• Will be managing pick up and drop of race day resources
• Will be the custodian of a few race day resources
• Will collect and drop off merchandise whenever required.

The ideal candidate will
• Own a two wheeler with valid documents and license
• Be 18 and above
• Should know to navigate the city well
• Should be well versed in local languages
• Be present for entire duration of all race days (10 monthly race)
• Be punctual
• Be responsible
• Be resourceful to find various vendors / suppliers for purchase of procurement of race day materials.
• Will assist at the registration desk and prize distribution.
• Will receive a certificate and letter of appreciation and recommendation at the end of internship.
• Will receive a cash stipend at the end of successful completion of the internship.

DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT INTERN

BBCh is hiring a Social Media Management intern (1 position)
Days of work- 1 race day + 5-10 mins per day
Once selected,
• The candidate will be trained in managing all the digital presence platforms of BBCh.
• Will be taught the importance of using social media platforms.
• Will be taught how different platforms work to highlight different pieces of information.
• Will be trained on creating content relevant to various current campaigns
• Will be taught how to maintain and create new relationships with followers and audiences
• Will be trained in aspects that help scaling up the reach of various platforms to increase
viewership and audience.
• Will be trained on the importance of storytelling using digital platforms.

The ideal candidate
• Will be tech savvy and know how to use android or apple mobile devices.
• Should own a smartphone with a decent camera.
• Should own a computer and high speed internet.
• Should be creative.
• Should be well versed in the English language and grammar.
• Should be outgoing and comfortable in talking to strangers.
• Should be present on all popular digital mediums like social media and messaging apps.
• Should have a basic sense of using office products like sheets and excel.
• Should be responsible to handle online queries.
• Should be polite and patient.
• Will be responsible for passing crucial communications to the world through social media.
• Will own a two wheeler with valid documents and licence.
• Will receive a certificate and letter of appreciation and recommendation at the end of internship.
• Will receive a cash stipend at the end of successful completion of the internship.
